Our Sponsorship Package

You too can join our list of generous sponsors. The sponsorship package is priced at $500 each ($450 for returning sponsors who re-use their banner from last year).

Your sponsor package includes:

• One 3’ x 4’ vinyl display banner featuring your company name & or logo prominently hung on the pickleball court dividers immediately next to play. The banners will remain hung for two weeks after the event.

• Your company name and logo will be featured on all promotional flyers.

• Your company logo printed on our custom Copake PICKLEMANIA SWAG which will be distributed free to players and sponsors.

• Tribute mention of sponsors by name over our PA system a number of times during the day’s competition.

Copake PICKLEMANIA 2026 will be marketed extensively, including:

• USA Pickleball Ambassador Jayne McLaughlin’s email list for Hudson Valley players,

• Email lists from regional player groups that include Copake, Hillsdale, Chatham, Pittsfield and Great Barrington, plus the Bousquet (Pittsfield) player group, and Berkshire South Berkshire Mountain Pickleball organization.

• Promotion will also include online apps Team Reach, Sign-Up Genius and Pickleplay, plus player newsletters, posted flyers, and social media.

• Announcements in local publications including the Copake Connection, IMBY, The Berkshire Edge, the Columbia Paper, Millerton News, and Lakeville Journal.
